By accessing or using Orbital Radar, you agree to use the platform responsibly and for lawful purposes. Orbital Radar is provided on an as-is basis with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
We may update features, visualisations, or data sources over time to improve accuracy, resilience, and usability.
Data & Accuracy Disclaimer
Orbital Radar aggregates and visualises information from public and third-party sources (see Data Sources). Orbital data can change quickly, may be incomplete, and can contain inaccuracies or delays.
Content on this site should not be relied upon for navigation, operational decision-making, collision-avoidance manoeuvres, safety-critical systems, or compliance purposes.
Educational & Research Use
Orbital Radar is designed to support learning and investigation: understanding orbital regimes, monitoring events, and building intuition through visual exploration.
Use of Orbital Radar does not imply endorsement by any government body, space agency, satellite operator, or commercial entity.
Accounts & User-Generated Content
If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.
User-generated content (such as watchlists and preferences) remains yours. Orbital Radar does not claim ownership over it.
Privacy & Data Handling
Orbital Radar aims to collect only the minimum information required to operate site features (for example, authentication for accounts). We do not sell personal data.
Some functions may be provided by trusted third-party services (for example, authentication or basic analytics), which are governed by their own published policies.
Acceptable Use
Please don’t misuse the platform. That includes attempting to disrupt the service, scrape the site aggressively, probe security, or use the platform for unlawful activities.
If we detect abusive traffic patterns, we may rate-limit or block requests to protect availability for everyone.
Intellectual Property
The Orbital Radar name, branding, interface design, and original written content are protected by copyright and may not be reused without permission.
Underlying orbital datasets remain the property of their respective sources. Where attribution is required, we aim to provide it on the Data Sources page.
